More Warm Up Exercises

This one is designed to strengthen your little finger. Play it using only fingers 2 and 4 using hammer-ons and pull-offs only:

Keep it going as high up the neck as you can, before coming back down.




This one will help you stretch your fingers:

Keep it going all the way up and all the way back down the neck.




Play this one using alternate picking. Go all the way up and down the neck:




Use alternate picking all the way up and down:





Finally, warm up your right and left hands together by strumming any 6-note barre chord as fast as you can for 30 seconds using only a down and up motion of the pick, making sure to to hit all 6 strings on each stroke.
